As a customer, one has to assume that you're getting a decent price, though dealerships are known to charge higher than local service centers. You also have to assume that you're not having unnecessary service done. After years of untrustworthy service at my local Honda dealer, I feel pretty confident in Bay Ridge Subaru. However, it is disappointing that the day after having over $1350 in service, my brake light coincidentally goes out and I have to spend more time and money getting it fixed. More

Odd things happen...it makes strange noises. I brought it in for oil change and a check-up and turns out, it needed a new left rear coil spring. Somehow the wrong coil spring was ordered-- the right side, instead of the left. And Michael straighforwardly explained that. No excuses or throwing anyone under the bus- just a plain ole mistake. Though it was in the shop longer than usual, it runs like a new car today! Thank you Service Department at Bay Ridge Subaru! More
