Good service but takes a long time Pamela who took care of me was very nice and helpful with my questions. My only complaint this time, and other times is that the service takes a long Pamela who took care of me was very nice and helpful with my questions. My only complaint this time, and other times is that the service takes a long time and always longer than the ballpark time given to me. My appointment was at 10:30. I got there at 10:40 and I was given an hour to an hour and a half. I asked if it could take longer given my previous experiences there and was told that yes it could (good thing I asked). The car was ready at 12:45 after I reminded Pamela that I needed to be out no later than 1. All I had done was the state inspection and oil changed in addition to the regular checkup of the car. I didn't need anything done with the tires since I went somewhere else for that based on the time it took to change snow tires the last time I did it at Bay Ridge Subaru. More
