Good Subaru Dealership. I bought my first car at this dealership in 2007 since that day coming only here for anything my car needs to be done. Sometimes second visit is needed to fix the problem that happened during first service but still much better than my friends have at different dealerships. Everyone at this place is super friendly and always help with anything i need. More
Yes, However.... I bought my Forester at this dealership in 2011 (8 years ago). I have taken it to be serviced there for EVERYTHING from routine maintenance to damaged or worn parts. I made an appointment to have the Airbag recall fixed and was promised a loaner car because it was an "all day repair". When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told there were no cars available for me. Since I had a work meeting scheduled soon after I was to have dropped of the car, I rescheduled and left. 20 minutes later I got a call that a car was in fact available, but due to my scheduled meeting, I could not return. I never received a call to advise that my loaner request could not be accommodated. In the end, this meant that I waste 4 hours driving to and from the dealership twice to get the recall serviced. I live in Queens and a closer service center is available and more convenient to me, yet I come here because I bought the car here and they've always treated me well. However, in this instance, to not even get a phone call and have my time wasted was very disappointing. So much so, that I am discussing getting a car for my wife and am unsure how much this will affect my Subaru brand loyalty. Finally, there seems to be an issue with my suspension. I hear a noise when I make k-turns, but apparently no one can duplicate this when I bring the car in for service, which I've done twice for this issue. More

Excellent service Recently brought my 6 month old Subaru Forester in for oil change. Thought I scheduled appointment on line but apparently did not go through. Good time was had by all I came with Lulu, my poodle-bichon mix. She calmly sat on my lap while I waited, and I appreciated the opportunity to take her on an outing.
