Nasty, rude Manager I was was having a lot of trouble with the door handle of my 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport. The car is not even a year old and I have gotten locked out o I was was having a lot of trouble with the door handle of my 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport. The car is not even a year old and I have gotten locked out of the car two times. When I answered your last survey and explained my fear of being locked out a THIRD time, your Manager Andrew contacted me and told me that the door handle had a RECALL and he set an apt for me to take the car in to repair it. When I called the main headquarters to see why I had not received a notice about the recall I was told that there was NO RECALL. When I approached Andrew when I picked up my car with the fact that the headquarters said that there was no recall he looked me right in the face and in front of many people in the waiting area and said THAT HE NEVER SAID THAT. I was embarrassed and very frustrated. More words were exchanged between us. I am a 67-yr. old woman and I work for the State with Disabled Individuals, I know what I heard him say. Thank God for your representative Kiersten in the Subaru main headquarters. She calmed me down and was so understanding. I felt sorry for her because I unloaded all my frustration on her and she calmly listened. You need more employees like her. She is a GREAT asset to your Company. She went above and beyond to make me feel better about getting my FIRST Subaru and because of her stay with your Company. More

Recent service and re-call work on my 2015 Forester. Service is reliable and fairly efficient in terms of time. Pricing is a bit high but at least it's guaranteed Subaru labor and parts. I came in with a damaged tire due to hitting a pot hole on the New Jersey Turnpike. I knew I needed a new tire, but was afraid I would also have to get a new rim and, potentially a second front tire. Your service department determined I only needed one tire. They could have told me otherwise. Michael, my service person, went out of his way to guide me through my options and kept me informed about the progress of my visit. Kudos to you, Subaru and Subaru of Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York!! Utter disrespect for customers I bought my Subaru from this dealership. I had a 11am appt scheduled for a yearly state inspection and oil change. I arrived 20 minutes early, so that I bought my Subaru from this dealership. I had a 11am appt scheduled for a yearly state inspection and oil change. I arrived 20 minutes early, so that everything would be on schedule. My car was promptly parked in the back lot and not even LOOKED at until 1:15pm, over 2.5hrs later. I didn’t leave until 1:45pm. I was there for over 3 hours for an inspection and oil change. Would this be acceptable if you showed up for a doctors appt and had to wait 3 hours? No. Absolutely not. Unprofessional and completely lacking in customer service. There were no updates, and they only looked at my car after I kept questioning what the status was. This is the second time in as many years that this has happened at this dealership. I plan to purchase my next vehicle elsewhere, and whenever possible, get service from another authorized dealership. More
