Pissed When I bought the car, I opted for the "Wheel Replacement" warranty, recommended by your salesman, Peter, because of the road conditions in NY. I came in for my 30 month service and one of the lug bolts needed replacing, which could have been from a pot hole, However, according to the service dept., only the tires are warantied, not the wheels!!! Stunned I agreed to replace it. But I distinctly remember Peter telling me it was a good option, because the "Wheels", NOT TIRES, are very expensive!!! What gives??? what kind of warranty do I have??? Not only that, but I was told and received an email that my battery was bad!!! Really?? 28,900 miles and 3 years old???? What kind of battery does Subaru put in their cars...Tesla??? Give me a break! If this actually gets read by anyone at this dealership and wants to give me a call, you have my number, otherwise if I don't hear from anyone, obviously this will be a waste of time More

very slow Had an appointment, which I was on time for, and just needed a tire replaced (had called ahead, tire was in stock and reserved for me). This job should have taken 30 minutes (and has at other dealerships) but I was there for 2.5 hours with very little updates during my wait. Once completed, the credit card machines were down, causing an additional 30 minute wait before someone gave me a credit card authorization form to fill out by hand. It's too bad as I was hoping to have a Subaru service center I can trust near my apartment. Won't be here again and will take the extra drive to a better place. More
