Poor communication Our car was with you for several weeks after an accident. Then when we finally got the car, the tires were underinflated and we had to stop to put air in the tires 5 min from the lot when the indicator light went off. And on the day our service advisor was off, we were told delays were due to ordering a part the car does not even have. More

I am so happy my Forester has a recall issue! It brought me to this Subaru dealership and now I will go to them when I need any servicing. It was a pleasure from start to finish. They took me an hour early and kindly asked for any other things I might want them to take care of. They did take care of those things ( inspection and took a nail out of my tire and repaired it) quickly and for a minimal price. More

Good car service but terrible customer customer service It's always super easy to make appointments and I believe that they are servicing my car well, but the cashier is always so abrupt, impatient and rude It's always super easy to make appointments and I believe that they are servicing my car well, but the cashier is always so abrupt, impatient and rude every time I come in. When I leave each time, I think, if only there were another Subaru dealer nearby, I would just go there for service. It makes me mistrust the whole dealership. It always seems like she's had the worst day ever or that she's overworked and is taking it out on the customers. Every time I'm there it's like I'm interrupting her, and instead of being pleasant and asking me politely to wait, she lets out an audible groan as if to say, "great, another person that I have to deal with now". I always make sure that I'm smiling when I approach her, and ask her how she's doing, in hopes of building a friendly bridge with her. I've been a customer for a few years now, and I have come to anticipate this behavior, and like clockwork it never fails. I get it, work sucks, but either get a job where you don't have to engage with the clients, or figure out how to be better at basic customer service. I did nothing wrong to you, why are you always so mean to me every time I see you? I've wanted to say something for a while, but have refrained, and I hate to think that they will have a repercussion from this review, but it's just a bad attitude. Life is too short to be so angry all the time. More
