This is the second time I needed to bring my car in for service- both recall related issues Finally... a civilized service experience at a dealership. This is the second time I needed to bring my car in for service- both recall related issues. It is an organized, respectful process, unlike the circus you usually have to contend with at other dealerships. The people are incredibly nice and competent. I usually dread coming to dealership service departments- Bay Ridge Subaru is an anomaly for sure. Keep up the good work. More
Problem with driver window was not resolved I have been having a problem with a driver window which goes up and down to half way. The problem was presenting to Mr. Mark D’Ottavio on 06/26/2019. I have been having a problem with a driver window which goes up and down to half way. The problem was presenting to Mr. Mark D’Ottavio on 06/26/2019. He suggested to schedule an appointment for service which was scheduled on 07/03/2019. I visited dealership service center on 07/03/2019 to resolve the problem with driver window. It is my third visit with the same complains. The same problem occurs again on 07/05/2019. Service center failed to diagnose and resolve reoccurring problem. Problem has not been resolved. I have a video to proof existence of the problem. More

New parts installation The parts replacement was fine but the car was returned to me damaged (dents and scratches on the driver's side). Accidents will happen so I understand, however the staff that worked on this car should have informed me as soon as the car was ready for me that an incident happened. Instead the car was returned to me with no indication that it was damaged. More

They did not do my oil change because they said I did not need it, hmm. Anyhow, it has been mixed feelings here at this dealership. Sometimes I had excellent service and sometimes I don’t. More
