He could have sold me services I did not need and I know that in some dealerships the whole point of the service department is to sell the customer as many parts and services as possible. Broken nalgene creaking seat The service team left a mess by spilling crackers on the front passenger seat which I had to clean up. They moved the front passenger seat all the way The service team left a mess by spilling crackers on the front passenger seat which I had to clean up. They moved the front passenger seat all the way up with my nalgene water bottle stuck under the seat, damaging the bottle and leaving the front seat mechanism creaking. I appreciate that they gave me a paper receipt for the service performed, which I still need to look at. The front office people was super helpful and friendly. The waiting space was good, with magazines and water. Marc, who was overseeing the service are, was very nice to me in expediting the service, which could have taken 2.5 hours but was done in 30 min. (I should have asked for an estimate of service time when I made the appointment.) I would not hesitate to go back for repairs or service. Thank you. More

He most kindly had the Subaru Dealership accept , on my behalf, Michelin "cross climate +" tires, then stored, and afterwards , mount ed same.
