Reasonable wait. Pleasant people. Bay Ridge Subaru has built a new waiting room adjacent to their service center. There is a refrigerator which they stock with water bottles and a sign posted to tell waiting customers to help themselves. Their toilets aren´t ready in the new waiting room, but I assume the old ones are still available in the showroom. I had a 2:30 pm appointment and there was no waiting for the intake. I was out by 3:30 pm. More

A little sneaky I was told I would need breaks and rotors which was true. The price you charged was high $1028.00. I would have proceeded until they told me they would need to flush my radiator and that I had a leak. Total price for both approximately $2500.00 for a 10.5 year old car. They also did not offer a secondary solution before having to pay such a big expense. I found it to be a bit Dubious. Rather than help to find a solution to keep the car going and not have to spend so much they hit me with the kitchen sink. Not only did I bring my car to be serviced when I picked up the car the women told me it was no charge. I because of the honest person I am told her I believe I need to pay the service fee. A mistake was made on your end and I still paid. I am not very happy with the service I received and I have been a customer for more than 13 years. I would have purchased my third Subaru but now have second thoughts. More
