Friendlliest staff in all Subaru dealership in NYC area Around Christmas time 2019, my Subaru Impreza 2019 had ignition recall so I tried to go to the dealership to have it looked at. Appointment was a bad idea. I had an appointment for oil change and inspection and ended up waiting 2 hours. 3 people who came after me for express services got serviced and left I had an appointment for oil change and inspection and ended up waiting 2 hours. 3 people who came after me for express services got serviced and left before me. In the past I would not make an appointment and just come in and had a quicker outcome. Appointments are a waste of time. More
