Bay Ridge Subaru - Service Center

Bay Ridge Subaru is not my usual dealership. I called from the highway to see if they could fit me in the same day after after a blown tire, and both the service and parts departments were fabulous. Once I got to the dealership, they took my Forester right in and fixed her up. Only took about an hour to replace and balance the tire and give her a complete checking over and we were back on the road. I couldn't ask for anything more. When I move back to Brooklyn, I'll be sure to come here for service. More

Good Customer Service I brought my car in for the fifth time because my check engine light was on. I was assigned to the service manager Andrew because of the number of ti I brought my car in for the fifth time because my check engine light was on. I was assigned to the service manager Andrew because of the number of times I brought my car in for this problem. He explained why the solution to the problem was elusive and said that the car would be assigned to a more senior mechanic. I gave permission for the car to be driven for the time I left it there in order to see if the problem would reappear. I picked up the problem was resolved and I'm happy to say that I no longer have the check engine problem. I wasn't charged for any labor or for the replaced party. Great customer service. More
