Went for 5,000 mile service. Manuel recommends oil change only and I asked for oil change and what is recommended maintenance for 5,000 mile service for a new Subaru. Technician recommended and bundled a pac only and I asked for oil change and what is recommended maintenance for 5,000 mile service for a new Subaru. Technician recommended and bundled a package to include tire rotation and balancing and topping off all fluids for $185.00. Sounded strange to include tire maintenance at 5,000 miles. Then he gave a price to exclude tire care. Still sounded high as topping off fluids is a given with an oil change. So I asked for oil change only. When done he said they did the oil change and topped off wiper fluid. So no topping off of other fluids with an oil change. This will lead me to compare with another Subaru service dealer, even though this is more convenient. Everybody was nice. Thus the 3 rating and not a two. More
