Friendly & welcoming, efficient. Easy booking of appointment for 6-month service on 2019 Outback. Check-in at 9am - Alvaro was waiting and did it in less than 5 minutes. I took our Subaru Outback to have the airbag inflator replaced (manufacturer recall) and the people could not have been nicer.
