Friendly & welcoming, efficient. Easy booking of appointment for 6-month service on 2019 Outback. Check-in at 9am - Alvaro was waiting and did it in less than 5 minutes. Service completed in 40 minutes - less than the 1 hour Alvaro had estimated. Waiting area pleasant with decent Starbucks coffee machine. Check out just as efficient. And, I didn’t buy the car there- so excellent treatment of a Subaru owner who did not buy at Bayridge. Will go back. Highly recommended. Douglas More

I took our Subaru Outback to have the airbag inflator replaced (manufacturer recall) and the people could not have been nicer. Quick and friendly service, comfortable waiting area, (good coffee!) and the replaced (manufacturer recall) and the people could not have been nicer.
