Tony made sure that my insurance card had my middle initial while Stephanie handled my registration, and Asad was so reassuring throughout the paperwork process that I was going to really enjoy my new car. Each and every hurdle that occurred throughout the process was handled with a "We got this!" attitude that truly made me feel like I had made the right choice to go to Bay Ridge Honda! I went to Bay Ridge Honda today for my usual maintenance and was pleased by how well it went. I waited outside for only a few minutes, signed in (no line) and spent the rest of my time in a new and very cle and was pleased by how well it went. I waited outside for only a few minutes, signed in (no line) and spent the rest of my time in a new and very clean waiting room with a large screen TV and available beverages. After a very reasonable time my car was ready. I thanked Andrew who is always friendly and knowledgable and was on my way. Not a bad way to start the day! More

The car was originally in my grandpa’s name & was willed to her when he died, & she wants to buy the car; they absolutely won’t let her without her paying thousands of dollars over what was agreed & are holding the car hostage now. We’re looking into the legality of this. More

Recently my rear view mirror came loose and i took it to the shop to be fixed but I had to go back for the same issue next day but this time with bigger issue because the mirror came loose again and it dama the shop to be fixed but I had to go back for the same issue next day but this time with bigger issue because the mirror came loose again and it damaged my display screen but they refused to honour the warranty for the screen because it too expensive more than $1800 but they cover only the mirror. This is really frustrating and unfair even though the car it’s bran new and it supposed to be covered More
