The clincher in making our decision was the Honda promotion for 1.9% APR on their used Accords. To add to that, Bay Ridge Honda did have the best deals for internet-priced vehicles we were interested promotion for 1.9% APR on their used Accords. So price and financing-wise, they were already at the top of our shortlist. Jeff, our sales representative, was also helpful, friendly and professional. He was straighforward, without the "hype" of irritating salesmen. He answered all our questions patiently, advised us to be careful in the important paperwork, and worked with our budget. At the end of the sales process, before handing over the car, he even gave us a detailed overview of the car's features, all very helpful tips for everyday use. Bottom-line, Honda has a good track record in my family. Our car before this new one was a 17-year-old Civic that was still running beautifully.
