I purchased a vehicle from Bay Motors Inc. within two days I had to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership. Ms. Vicki was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when processing our paperwork. She explained all fees, negotiated costs, and put us at ease while we were completing the paperwork. Bay is the owner and by far the most down-to-earth owner I have ever met. He made sure to talk to both my husband and I on more than one occasion and really went above and beyond to meet our wishes. While there are many dealerships in the DC and VA area, we drove to Baltimore and had the best car buying experience yet.
