The staff members at this dealer are extremely unprofessional. They are rude and they lack integrity. They were so dissatisfying, I had to tow my vehicle out of there and take it to another shop. unprofessional. They are rude and they lack integrity. I made a deposit, flew from San Diego to Oakland to verify everything and to pay for it and they had it shipped down to me. Prince was very prompt, polite and seemed genuinely interested that I got what I wanted. I highly recommend him and the dealership. More
