In late December or early January I first talked with Mark Langston at Baxter Toyota Lincoln expressing my desire to purchase a 2024 Tacoma Hybrid. As the market was Mark told me they wouldn't be availab Mark Langston at Baxter Toyota Lincoln expressing my desire to purchase a 2024 Tacoma Hybrid. As the market was Mark told me they wouldn't be available until May or even into mid-summer or so. He said why don't we put your name in the list and when something pops up in the allocation he would contact me and I could decide. Numberous conversations and emails over the next seven months led to the purchase of my new Tacoma Limited Hybrid. Mark was always available to answer questions and make sure we had the duck in order until finally on August 1st my truck arrived in Lincoln and we closed the deal August 8th. After the eight there were a couple of things that needed taking care of and Mark was on top of it right away. He was there after sale to answer my questions about some of the new technology and walked me through it. It was definitely support after the sale and really appreciated. I would highlt recommend Baxter based on my experience. I can't really rate the finance department as Mark did all of the paperwork. More
