Performance Toyota is committed to customer satisfaction and appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns. We will correct any errors and clairfy all misunderstandings. Extended warranties and etch products are optional purchases. Customers acknowledge their price and the effect on payment. Missing a window ecthing is our error. We appologize and will make necessary arrangements to have the window branded. The warranty can be cancelled (100% refund the first 30 days). The customer continues to see value in this product and has refused our offer to facilitate this cancelation. In most cases, our lenders will save the customer both time and money. When a customer can secure a lower rate they can and should make the new loan and payoff the current lien. We ask sales associates to make prospective customers aware that a pre-owned vehicle may have only one set of keys. If a second set is required, we factor the cost into our negociated price. Since this was not done and we could not secure the second set from the previous owner-we will provide a second set at no additional charge. Regards Biff Madsen General Sales Manager
