We really had a great experience working with Mark. Upon stepping out of our vehicle Mark asked us if we had been helped. He immediately began helping us sort out what we wanted/needed in a vehicle. Mark is extremely knowledgeable about the product we bought and he answered every question (and we had a lot of them!) we asked him and he gave us so many helpful tips along the way. Mark spent the better part of a day with us and he has offered to be right there for us when we have a questions about the vehicle we purchased. We feel good about our purchase and look forward to working with Performance Toyota in the future - the experience would not have been the same without a professional like Mark Groh. Preston Block was the technician for my visit and explained what he did and what needed to be done in an appropriate manner. Also, Evan Meyer, the service adviser was very helpful and had a great attitude. Overall, my experience was wonderful.
