Mark made it easy for us to do business from another state - we did everything over the phone. I went to the dealership because they have a large selection of vehicles. A friend had worked with Mark Groh and referred him to me. Mark worked through the evening to secure the vehicle I wanted from another lot the dealership owned and eventually we agreed on what I felt was a fair price. The next day, the truck was delivered as promised and the paperwork was completed in a very timely manner. Mark was great to work with and the sales manager and other employees were very friendly and easy to deal with as well. The dealership has a very professional appearance. I did have a bad experience in the finance office. The employee gave the sales pitch for the extended warranty which I had some interest in at the time. The pitch was that it would increase the monthly payment by $18. I took some time to run the numbers myself and it turned out to be a $30/month increase. The employee said he had some "bad math" but I saw it as dishonesty. The "bad math" secured my decision to turn down the extended warranty. Overall, my experience was very good. More
We began our search for a new Toyota Camry Hybrid on Kelley Blue Book. We choose Performance as one of two dealerships closest to us. We heard back from Jim Colombi very quickly. We were able to make a deal via e-mail in a few hours. We picked up the car the next day. Everything Jim had written in his messages he did. He even saved us an additional $500 through a financing incentive. We were very pleased with our experience with Performance, Jim, and the gentleman completing our paperwork. This is our third Camry Hybrid; the second from Performance. I would recommend this dealership given how we were treated. More

We bought a 2013 Toyota Avalon, which is the most customizable car I have ever owned. Mark Groh made our purchasing experience the most customizable as well! A rarity is these days when we dread negotiating for a car. I wanted to avoid the 5 hour process that we experienced with a previous car, and told Mark. He streamlined the whole process by taking my call, hearing the terms that I felt comfortable with, acted as our advocate behind the scenes and got the legwork done before I even had to enter their showroom. He was straightforward and trustworthy, agreeing that the negotiating games are tiresome and annoying. After the purchase, he gave me a "tour" of my new car more thoroughly that anyone I have ever had before. He synched up my bluetooth (which took my husband hours and frustration when his salesperson, James, neglected to help with that several years ago), and he generally allowed us to play by my rules. Such a breath of fresh air from past car buying experiences!
