New Mazda 3 Purchase We were in the market for a new car so we stopped in at Stan Olsen on a Sunday and they were open. Other dealers we went past on a Sunday were not. We had decided on a Mazda and were glad to see the dealership open. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful Jermaine Campbell. He discussed the Mazda 3 with us answered all of our questions. During the test drive he explained how everything operated. When we got backwhe discussed vehicle and option prices. During the whole process there was no "what can I do to get you in this vehicle today" business. We told him we'd like to discuss the deal and we'd get back to him. He gave us his card and asked that we call him when we were ready. We knew we wanted the car and were so impressed with Jermaine's demeanor and professionalism that we went back the next afternoon and bought the car. Other dealerships and salespeople can learn a lot from Stan Olsen and Jermaine Campbell. Nothing is more irritating or a bigger turn off that a pushy salesman who is more interested in getting a sale than what the buyer is interested in or making the buyer comfortable. We got the deal we were looking for and our Stan Olsen experience was nothing short of excellent. We will definately recommend Stan Olsen (and Jermaine) to family or friends who are intersted in buying a new car. More

When we discovered they were open we were surprised and nervous because we wanted a day to look around and avoid the usual games. But, we saw a real difference in how Stewart at Stan Olsen treated us. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. He asked good questions and didn't talk down to us. We were especially happy that from the moment we arrived to moment we drove out of the lot in a new Subaru, it was less than an hour and a half. They didn't play pricing games. Instead they shot us their best price. We recomend Stan Olsen to anyone who wants a good car and good experience. More

Liking the good fortune she had during that winter led us to then purchase one for us. Then after some time, she purchased another for herself and we replaced ours with another. This month we have purchased a Forester and are really liking it. Sales and service are the best. We worked with Joel in the past, but he passed us on to Brent and Scott who are just as helpful.
