Purchased 2016 Forrester I was extremely please with the customer service offered by Baxter Subaru. Our sales person, Aaron Hawley was friendly and professional. He knew his product well and was not pushy but rather very easy to work with. Before arriving at Baxter I had already tested a new Rav4, CRV, CX5 and Rogue. Aaron didn't bash any of these models but rather concentrated on the finer points of his product line. When Baxter didn't have the trim model I was looking for he found a Forrester that was scheduled to be delivered to a Kansas City dealership and brought it to Omaha. Both the sales manager and finance guy were also very professional. When I came in to pick up the car and Aaron wasn't initially available the other sales people and staff started the paperwork and made sure that my new car had all the extra options that we agreed on. That teamwork is impressive! Going forward, I will highly recommend Aaron and Baxter Subaru. Jerry More

I am used to the song and dance to get you to buy the car but this is the most amazing service I I have purchased more new vehicles than I can count. I am used to the song and dance to get you to buy the car but this is the most amazing service I have received after the purchase. My new 2016 Subaru Legacy needed a computer update and we received a recall notice. I called on Monday afternoon, was schedule for Tuesday morning. The shuttle took my to work and go me there by 8, than picked me back up at work at noon and took me back to the dealership to pick up my car. I also received my first oil change complimentary while I was there for something that had to be taken care of anyway. One less trip back to the dealership. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. Very Impressed!!!!! More
