Christian was very friendly and helped me order one and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. Once the car arrived however, I tried negotiating for the price only to be told by Scott, the sales manager, that since i pre-ordered that car that meant that I had agreed to pay MSRP. I never signed anything when i ordered it and was explicitly told that they wouldn't even talk price until the car had arrived and was to my satisfaction. I showed them multiple other prices quotes on Ascents from other dealers in surrounding states (these quotes were all 2-3k lower than what Baxter was offering me) but they refused to negotiate and ultimately soured my car buying experience with them. They told me they were trying to run a business and that someone else would pay MSRP for an Ascent. Definitely do your research before trying to negotiate price with them. More

By far the easiest experience I've ever had at a dealership anywhere in the state. He was helpful, friendly, answered my questions with straight talk and no pressure, and let me take the car to my mechanic for a pre purchase inspection. Everything was just as Sebastian said it would be! Not only that, but it was possibly the fastest time from F&I to delivery that I've ever had too. I'll be going back there to see Sebastian for my next vehicle too! More

Service recommended when was already done 1000 mile before I had taken a few cars in for service (oil changes) and on the last one was recommended that certain services would need to be one soon based on manuf I had taken a few cars in for service (oil changes) and on the last one was recommended that certain services would need to be one soon based on manufacturer schedule. I asked if the fluids had been checked prior to making the recommendation and was told yes and is based on current miles this would be needed but maybe was based on miles. I went home and read the sheets given where it was stated that checks were performed and that's where the recommendation for extra service happens. Well, all service recommended was performed 1000 miles prior to the oil change at a different dealership. I called and asked to speak with a manager to voice the complaint and disappointment. The call was transferred and I had to leave voice mail. No one returned a call and I tried twice. I also went in looking to purchase a new car and mentioned to the manager that came over the experience I had in service. If this had been me in that role, I would have gone to service manager when they were open and let them know for follow-up that may be some one would call. Never a call from anyone. Not to mention a prior repair to fix something that wasn't the issue ($400) and a different dealership fixed the real problem. They'll never see me for any service of any type again or new sales because of this experience. More
