When I brought my toddler in with me to return the vehicle, they were very understanding and helped with entertaining him as well. I ended up walking out with a brand new vehicle with everything that I was looking for. Never felt like I was being scammed or like someone was trying to upsale me. More

I bought a package from Baxter changing oil and rotation, Steve whom is the on whom helped me. I just did my service first time. I was surprised that they asked me to pay, but it was been taken care because of misunderstanding. I love Brent and Kristi, they are funny and have a nice personality. More

I had fun! Visited two car dealers yesterday. Village Point Toyota and Baxter Subaru. The experiences were so different. I told both that I was 4-6 months away f Visited two car dealers yesterday. Village Point Toyota and Baxter Subaru. The experiences were so different. I told both that I was 4-6 months away from purchase, but just doing some research and window shopping. I had a particular Toyota in mind, and I asked to test drive one. They put me in a 2017 model with an "As is, no warranty" sticker. When I asked to drive a new model, I was told, "They all pretty much drive the same." No one was rude, but certainly weren't interested in me. Baxter Subaru was consultative, interested, and made me feel valued. The salesman asked me all sorts of questions to evaluate my needs/wants, then made his recommendation and 5 minutes later, I was test-driving a brand new vehicle. Guess which car I plan to buy? More

CAME FOR A CAR, STAYED FOR THE DOGS! I had my very first dealership experience with Baxter Suburu this past week. I needed a car that was reliable and that could withstand the elements I had my very first dealership experience with Baxter Suburu this past week. I needed a car that was reliable and that could withstand the elements of Nebraska. My first and last stop was Baxter Suburu. A friend referred me to EJ at Baxter and within the same day, he had notified me of a used vehicle that matched what I was looking for. I went in to the dealership that same day to check out the car. From the moment I walked in, every single employee at Baxter made me feel so welcome. They offered me drinks, snacks, I even got to pet their dogs!! I had a specific budget and a list of desired features in mind. I had intended to shop around and I wasn't really planning on buying anything that day. I was very impressed with the vehicle, but EJ wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy before making any commitment. He was quickly able to find another vehicle that met all of my needs (and then some) without having to compromise on price or features. I was fully expecting to go into the dealership and have pushy salesmen who would try to make me spend way more than I was comfortable with. But EJ listened, took the time to help me, never let me feel rushed, and never tried to push anything on me or make me feel pressured to exceed my budget. We sat down and compared every option I had for financing, leasing, buying, and loan terms for multiple vehicles. He truly cared about helping us and making sure we were happy, and also seems very passionate about what he does. He really went above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs were met. The rest of the staff also made us feel equally comfortable and treated us very well. Tyler was very personable and was able to get us an amazing deal. Everyone made the process as quick and painless as possible. I had expected it would take a month or two to find the right vehicle for myself, but they made everything so easy for me. Baxter Suburu has EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and that cannot be understated!! I truly appreciate each and every one of them going above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Suburu Baxter to anyone I know. They also have really cute dogs running around, so there's another reason to stop in.;) More
