Proud New Subaru Family Members! My husband and I went to Omaha (we live in Lincoln) to look for a new vehicle because of the larger inventory. We have dealt with Bacteria in the past and were always very satisfied with working with them. We were immediately greater upon entry by salesperson, Carry Short. I cannot speak highly enough of our experience. Carry listened to our list of wants and went the extra mile to try and locate the vehicle we wanted . She was unable to locate the desired color of Pearl White (she took the time to check around for one), but found a color my husband like. I highly recommend Baxter Subaru in Omaha! More

Great customer service Very helpful and friendly service. I have a 5 year old Subaru and noticed one headlight was out. Turns out that it's a special kind of headlight that Very helpful and friendly service. I have a 5 year old Subaru and noticed one headlight was out. Turns out that it's a special kind of headlight that can only be changed at the dealership and cost $250. My car is out of warranty but they did it at no cost to me. Made me a pretty happy camper!
