Had to wait three weeks before I could get in to get oil changed on my Outback which I was surprised by. Never had to wait that long at Superior Honda. Then told when I arrived they usually rotate tires whe changed on my Outback which I was surprised by. Never had to wait that long at Superior Honda. Then told when I arrived they usually rotate tires when doing oil change. New to this also. Maybe if the appointment would have been done per phone instead of online this would have been explained. Next got a call that needed an alignment now. Don’t know about all of this. Don’t know if I will go back for oil changes. More

Outstanding experience. Cameron worked with me to get the best deal possible. John made sure I received the best price for my trade also. I had an alternator failure less than a day after taking delivery, a best deal possible. John made sure I received the best price for my trade also. I had an alternator failure less than a day after taking delivery, and Alex in the service department made sure that all the repairs were completed quickly and didn’t charge me at all for parts or labor, ( the total cost was over 650.00)! Baxter Subaru had a great selection of year, makes and models to see for yourself and test drive. We traveled 3 hours to arrive at our Omaha destination and spent 7 hours with sales staff Elijah Ivy. He was very patient and educated us on the different styles, and of course fetched vehicles for us to test drive. We felt very comfortable and at home, we’re able to relax and take our time with making decisions, and had space to privately discuss pros and cons of each car. We couldn’t have been more pleased to work with Elijah as he helped us purchase our first Subaru. Other staff made sure we had plenty of refreshments and made sure we were being helped. Kurt in finances completed our sweet deal. It was a great day! More
