Brought my car in to check on a noise coming from the transmission. They took the car to the "technician" and tested it and looked everything over. Very attentive, very friendly, very professional all the way around. They said there was no charge for checking out my car because it was still under warranty. I would definitely buy my next car at Baxter. More

I have been with this dealership for many years. When it first switched from Stan Olson to Baxter, there were issues such as poor communication and service/pricing surprises. I was asked by an employee (who was always excellent to work with) to share my concerns with a man who was on location for the very purpose of improving these types of things. He listened to my concerns and gave me a refund for all the service charges that day. He requested I continue to use their service department and watch for big changes in the Baxter experience. Well, he wasn't kidding. They must have had serious training or something, because there has been a complete shift (for the better) in almost every part of this dealership. It has been 7 years since that shift, and I have remained a loyal customer. I am always treated with courtesy and respect (without pandering) at this dealership. My salesman did not try any high pressure techniques to get me into a new vehicle or new lease when I wanted to purchase my leased vehicle, and the service personnel are very respectful and considerate. Every. Time. In the service department, I am kept aware of any needs and prices before any work is done so there are no surprises. As for the facility itself, I love that it has two enclosed areas where one can set up a laptop and work remotely. It also has two larger comfortable seating areas, a television, and a children's room. There is also outside seating if you choose. The women's restroom is modern and has been clean and plenished every time I have been there. And, because it's Subaru, there are employees' dogs to pet. Just make sure you bring treats. They are very good boys for treats. More
