I called initially in looking for a used Lincoln MKZ and got Kevin who helped me with that, while at the same time making me aware of the solid situation for the new Fusions, incl 0% dealer financing. After much negotiation mostly needed by my indecision, I ended up purchasing a new Fusion. A couple items that really stick with me in addition to Kevin's quick phone responses and attention to me while in the dealership, were, I was heading to an event in Lincoln and time did not allow me to finish the buying transaction the day the deal was struck, & I ended up filling up the car, plus the car was already soiled and I was busy the day I actually came in to sign, so for my convenience Kevin allowed me a future detail, when I had more time and weather was warmer as well as gave me a future fill-up on gas for that same time, both of which could have been left out of the deal, but Kevin made sure it was not left out! Outstanding!! Also, Jeff in finance found I was a person who generally may not keep a vehicle for the entire finance period and suggested I consider taking the rebate vs the 0% rate. He figured it both ways for me and accepting the rebate not only lowered my net payments a small amount, but also lowered my sales tax liability. What a good way to send me off and for those reasons, as well as the overall experience, I am happy to give the big 'thumbs-up' for a reference for Performance Ford to my family, friends, and those of you who read this! He was good and very quick, but there needs to be more than one guy available on Saturdays when the place is packed with customers. More

I recently called just to see if a certain car they had listed on the Performance website was available......and boom, the FLOODING of phone calls started. I already had a salesman I was working with form listed on the Performance website was available......and boom, the FLOODING of phone calls started. I already had a salesman I was working with form the Performance Volkswagon dealership. (Micheal- super great guy-highly recommendable) Anyway, I had called myself about this certain car so that I would have a list of cars for Michael to show me. To make this mess shorter than my experience with these people, after about six or eight phone callsand a couple days, the guys at Ford got the message and stopped calling. Of course the car I wanted from their lot, well suddenly was "not available". Funny how that happened. In the end, I bought a great car from Performance Dodge, NOT Performance Ford. Any dealership that would treat me like they did will never get my business. Nor would I ever recommend them to my worst enemy. Apparently they think women are just stupid or maybe it was because they were very desperate for business. I wonder why?!?! More

Never felt pressured by anyone at the dealership. The car was warmed up for the test drive as it was very cold outside. All my questions were answered.
