My husband and I went in wanting to trade in a car we had purchased at the dealer that was there before Performance was there. Manny helped us very much, great customer service, very friendly, he got us the purchased at the dealer that was there before Performance was there. Manny helped us very much, great customer service, very friendly, he got us the best deal possible. very stress-free. He was very attentive to my son also. All in all I know that Manny is the far the greatest sales person I have ever worked with. He actually cared about his customer and he straight out said "I am here to represent you" which made me feel very secure and I knew he was there to help US. I thought the service and sales help I got were excellent. Roxy (I hope that's her name?) was very professional and even though I didn't buy an extended warrenty she was very informative without excellent.
