We're so HAPPY! I had been looking for over 6 months for the perfect pre-owned BMW X5 to replace our X3. I found a listing for a beautiful, low mileage, X5 on Car Gu I had been looking for over 6 months for the perfect pre-owned BMW X5 to replace our X3. I found a listing for a beautiful, low mileage, X5 on Car Gurus at Bavarian Auto Group. At first, I was nervous to buy a car out of state, but after several conversations with Mike, I felt that it was worth it to check it out. Mike loves what he does, loves BMW's, and is so friendly! I felt comfortable asking him all my questions, and he was available to make the entire process (buy & trade) as easy as possible. On the day of our appointment, we left much later than we had hoped. We had a 3.5 hour drive to make, with our 11 month old, and 3 year old. To make things easier, Mike drove over an hour to meet us! We went through the whole process at a location of our choice. I've never signed papers to buy a car at Starbucks before, but that in itself was COOL! Also, he brought us special goodies for our kids, and generous extras for the car. Our X5 exceeded our expectations in every way possible, and we couldn't be happier. If you're in the market for a pre-owned BMW that looks and drives like a brand new car, just put Mike on it!
