Appreciate that they took care of the repeat issue under warranty. However, 2 things... despite being told it was "covered by the warranty", I was still charge over $100. due to some sort of deductible.... warranty. Also, my vehicle was not done when promised (originally was told "by 11am" and then "by 3pm" and when I arrived at 4:30pm it was still not ready. Thank goodness I was able to delay return of my rental car or I would have been either stuck in Fremont or making multiple trips back and forth inconveniencing my family. Matt was polite, patient with my many questions and informative as to current situation with my vehicle. Part came in sooner than anticipated, so that was an extra bonus and it was covered under warran informative as to current situation with my vehicle. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was greeted promptly and professionally. The service department had my vehicle in the shop within 5 minutes and completed my requested service on time. Horrible experience dealing with the the warranty company. We spent over $3,000 on a warranty that wouldn’t cover the repair bill based on the verbiage of the claim. Well i think it a good dealer ship and tooj a car in to get looked they fix it but did not put all the parts back on the car so it missing parts and i looked at what they did too the car and you taped two get looked they fix it but did not put all the parts back on the car so it missing parts and i looked at what they did too the car and you taped two wires too two wires and charged me all most 600 dollars so i could have done that and saved 500 dollars and wound have put all the parts back on too More
