The bodyshop and the manager there went over and above to help get the issue taken care of with the work that was previously done. He went to the insurance company and got them to cover the work under the or help get the issue taken care of with the work that was previously done. HORRIBLE! They SOLD a car out from under me and NEVER called me and kept my appt to come look at it. I told Vicki and Jose and Brian at both stores I totally get if it gets SOLD before I am able to come to my set up appt but PLEASE let me know! easy!! nope I had to find out when I saw the ad was taken down off the internet and I HAD to to be the one to call them to find all of this out! it was CRICKETS no one attempted to call me e mail me or text me at all!! its like I disappeared off the face of the earth! they just SOLD it and than ignored me. ?? weird! I would not have been upset had they just called me! I am sure had they played the cards right and been honest I would have for sure possibly came out another day and looked at another JEEP! Instead I went to a super dealer called GROGANS TOWN and they treated me like a queen and I purchased a JEEP from them that night! Baumann handled this incident so wrong. I called later to speak to manager to advise of this at the Navarre Ave store and he was just really BOTHERED that i called so I said I am sorry to have bothered you and he just basically was annoyed of my experience no apology no let find you another car etc horrible avoid this dealer! they were all about contacting me but once it SOLD never heard another peep! needless to say i was very disappointed but things happen for a reason I got a better JEEP at a better price!!! Lesson to Baumann COMMUNICATION and being decent to a potential customer is key , its not hard. More

I dropped off my car because of a engine light on. I requested the car be hooked up to the computer for a code reading. They replaced parts that they reported to me were bad. I was disappointed that my requested the car be hooked up to the computer for a code reading. They replaced parts that they reported to me were bad. I was disappointed that my battery was replaced during this first visit prior to my approval. I had to return the car because the light came on again. They proceeded to tell me that there was another bad part. I said not to replace it believing it did not need replaced. I feel that it was a guessing game at my expense. Extremely poor service and very lengthy. I was not at all pleased with my experience with the service department. It was a very lengthy process in which the end result was not satisfactory, n I was not at all pleased with my experience with the service department.
