I have dealt with many car dealerships over my 30 years of driving and have not found any near as friendly, courteous and professional as Baugher Motors. From the beginning of shopping for a car to the rou of driving and have not found any near as friendly, courteous and professional as Baugher Motors. From the beginning of shopping for a car to the routine maintenance, they have been top performers in my book. The sales team was very informative and helpful without being pushy, like at most dealerships. The parts department is also 5 star perfect in helping you with the added little extras we wanted for out new van. Then there is the service team who makes your job the most important job of their day making you feel very much cared for without any worries about the quality of their work. Then let’s not forget the office staff, they go out of their way to make sure every thing is explained to you so you never have any confusion with paperwork or billing. I always repaired my own vehicle but always took my wife’s van to what ever dealership it was purchased from to have work done. Repairing my own vehicle was due to not trusting the dealerships in doing a top notch job as poor work always done to wife’s vehicle. After purchasing a new vehicle at Baugher Motors and experiencing their other departments I felt a little easier with taking my wife’s vehicle to have routine maintenance performed. With this maintenance, I discovered that their service department is as outstanding as the rest of their dealership. Take it from someone that does not trust car dealerships, I will now buy and have maintained all my vehicles exclusively by Baugher Motors. I have been around and have found no dealership even close to the level of care and quality of work that Baugher Motors performs. They are truly a five star dealership. Today my wife and I swapped vehicles because we had taken hers to Baugher Motors to have some regular maintenance performed. I am disabled and always home so I didn’t need my vehicle for the day. My wife called from work and explained that she had to go have some emergency dental work done therefore I would have to pickup my son from band practice. She wasn’t sure how I was going to do this being I had no vehicle that day. I told her not to worry. I felt very confident that Baugher Motors would help me with the problem. I called and explained my dilemma to them and they said they would perform the maintenance ASAP and bring the vehicle to me. Now it was 9:00AM and I didn’t need the vehicle until 4:00PM, as I had explained to them. By 10:00AM the vehicle was sitting in my driveway with all work completed. Let me tell you that after dealing with many other local dealers I found this service to be above and beyond the normal requirements of doing business. Baugher Motors made sure that my personal problem was dealt with just like a member of their own family. As always they made sure that the customer comes first. Thanks again Baugher Motors! More
