recent experience Made a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change and for two recall issues. Was told it would be about 1 hour and 15 minutes. One and a half hours late Made a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change and for two recall issues. Was told it would be about 1 hour and 15 minutes. One and a half hours later, a service employee (not sure of name) came to the waiting area to tell me that the service tech recommends an oil change - I told her that is why I was there in the first place! Service took a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes. Wish I had been told a closer approximation for time as this put a wrench in my day. Seems excessive for what needed to be done. More

Disappointing In the last few years I’ve purchased three Altima’s from this dealership and I’ve noticed that they’re becoming more and more unlike the dealership I In the last few years I’ve purchased three Altima’s from this dealership and I’ve noticed that they’re becoming more and more unlike the dealership I use to want to do business with. The service department no longer informs me about possible issues with my vehicle. They don’t even do the simple things, like inflate your tires(this has happened more than once). I remember when they would wash and vacuum your vehicle out of courtesy, but now they ask if you want it done. What ever happened to good customer service??? I believe I’m done doing business with Battles Nissan. More

Negotiated a deal on 2019 Nissan Rogue for my 86 yr old Dad I can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership !!!!!!!!!! I have bought and leased many cars for myself, and this dealership was by far th I can't say enough wonderful things about this dealership !!!!!!!!!! I have bought and leased many cars for myself, and this dealership was by far the best I have ever been to.. It was easygoing NO HIGH PRESSURE, because everyone likes to buy a car right ?? Corey the sales person I was with took care of everything for me as well as for my Dad, including Reg, plates turning in his old lease ( which was not a Nissan ) . The Manager, again low keyed very polite. In the end they could not have done more for me. If I could give them a 20 star review I would.
