Made an appointment and they weren't able to complete my inspection because someone wasn't paying attention and decided to wash the car first. I live in Boston and had to drive down to Yarmouth to get the car before I could bring it in. Now I have to do that again to get my inspection taken care of. Before I left I saw half the techs outside smoking. No wonder why it takes so long for services. The woman at the desk was very apologetic, but $10 off my bill is laughable compared to the hours of driving I have to do to get this taken care of. I'll be finding another Nissan dealership to go to. More
