I am sorry you had a bad visit with us. Yes, we are excited but not overwhelmed with additional customers from Balise. Our staff is fully equipped to handle anything that comes their way and so far we have. All of our techs are Nissan ASE certified and stay on top of all training. We are dedicated to welcoming all of our new customers and showing them a great new Nissan service center. We want to make sure all of our new Balise customers are happy with their transition to Battles Nissan. We are a 4th generation family owned and operated business and we are unable to control where we are located. As far as the recall you are talking about, we follow protocol directly from Nissan. We do not have control of the availability of parts. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. I am sorry it is inconvenient for you to drive here. I am also sorry our showroom isn't up to your standards. We do offer snacks, a variety of drinks, TV, and even chargers for our customers devices. We will take any suggestions you have. I understand you got a free rental for almost 3 weeks on a another vehicle that being repaired here. As you can see, we do try to make things as seamless as possible taking full consideration of the inconvenience of being without a car and providing you a courtesy vehicle. Thank you again for the review. We are always open for suggestions.
