I go in for service on my 2009 Cube. I had an issue and after they took a look at it, they were unable to fix it, they need to order a part. They thought they had it fix after 45 minutes, but when I went t after they took a look at it, they were unable to fix it, they need to order a part. I recently bought a used Altima at Nissan of Bourne and had a great experience. I had visited other dealerships in the area and my experience with those dealers was horrible. They were pushy, condescending, and frankly a little creepy. By the time I got to Nissan of Bourne my opinion of car dealers wasn't very good. That changed when I got there. I was able to go and look at the cars without being stalked and harassed by the attendants. When I was ready to speak with a sales person he was knowledgeable and friendly. I took a test drive and the salesperson went over everything the car had to offer without pushing me on if I was going to buy. When I was ready to discuss pricing I spoke with the owner and he was very forthright and accommodating. He didn't play any games with the prices, and the price I paid was the same as advertised. I wanted to take a night to think about it and the dealer said that was a good idea, rather than the other dealers who wouldn't let me leave the parking lot without giving out all of my information. It probably seems like I work for the dealership or something, but I was just very happy with my car buying experience and would happily recommend this car dealership. More

I was working with another Nissan dealer on Cape Cod. They were not able to provide the vehicle I was looking for. They told me that they could add bluetooth and a sun roof after market. I went online to look at other dealers and Kevin called me within minutes. He told me he had the vehicle I was looking for on the lot. I told him I was ready to close the deal with the other dealer when he asked if I would give him a few minutes to get back to me. I told him I would be right over. He had the vehicle warmed up for me to take a test drive and went over the vehicle from head to toe. I told him I liked the vehicle and would get back to him. My husband went the next day to drive the vehicle and again Kevin gave him the lowdown on the car. My husband told Kevin I would be in later to pick up the vehicle. All of the paperwork was ready for me to sign and he again reviewed everything in the vehicle. There was no pressure or game playing to this purchase. Kevin and the owner Tony were easy to work with and made my purchase easy and very comfortable. I am very pleased with the service and the vehicle.
