Excellent customer service My service appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM and I called Tim around 8:30 AM to see if it was possible to be taken earlier. He didn't hesitate to My service appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM and I called Tim around 8:30 AM to see if it was possible to be taken earlier. He didn't hesitate to say we can fit you in when you get here. I arrived around 9:45 AM - Tim and others in the Service Department were more than welcoming when I walked in the door. They knew what I was there for and got my paperwork started and showed me the waiting area. Tim updated me twice during the waiting time. I was out the door by 11:30 AM - now that's service! More

I was getting an oil change on my 2010 Murano when I started chatting with Tony. I mentioned that I was considering buying a "newer" car but wanted all the bells and whistles. Within a week I received a phone call from Tony saying he found me the perfect car. A 2014 Murano Platinum!! It had more bells and whistles than I'll ever be able to figure out how to use. I was assured by Kevin (my salesman of 2 previous purchases), he was only a phone call away if I needed help any or all of the features the car offered. Kevin has always gone above and beyond whenever I have a question or need. To help me celebrate my new/used car purchase, Tony made a reservation at Bleu Restaurant in Mashpee, made the reservation for me and my friend, suggested the menu, and gave me cash to help pay for the meal. This is the 3rd car I have bought from Nissan of Bourne and I cannot thank Tony and Kevin enough for always me feel special. Kate E. More
