Very good experience I don't live in the area but was driving thru Bourne when I came across the dealership. Once I gave them the necessary info, they had the care in within minutes and was completed within 30 minutes. I was very satisfied. More
Renewed our lease with Nissan for a Frontier truck. Salesman (Corey) was very attentive to our needs and took time to discuss both new lease and buyout options for both my 2015 truck and my wife's 2015 Salesman (Corey) was very attentive to our needs and took time to discuss both new lease and buyout options for both my 2015 truck and my wife's 2015 Rogue. When my wife indicated that she wanted a particular color Rogue (Red), the sales team worked quickly to locate one and have it brought to Bourne, so that she could look at it in person - and not just via a catalogue. There was no pressure on us to lease or buy our old vehicles, which we appreciated very much. It was a pleasure to work with Corey and Brian and we are very happy with our new vehicles. More

There was a dispute about a particular service that was being recommended by service technition for the 25,000 service on my 2015 Rogue that had actua There was a dispute about a particular service that was being recommended by service technition for the 25,000 service on my 2015 Rogue that had actually already been done as part of my 20,000 service. Tim the service representative checked on this and apologized and said that he was unable to determine why this had happened. He said that they would perform the service involved today at no charge. In addition, he said that there would be no charge the normal 25,000 service either. This is great customer service. More
