Battles Nissan

On a recent ride home to the Cape in a hard rain our drivers side wiper flew off a few miles from the Bourne Bridge. Fortunately for us Battles Nissan was nearby and open for service. Once Nick Pereira the Service Advisor heard our situation he immediately took our info and reassured me he could take care of it...Nick was professional, courteous, and efficient...20 minutes later we were on our way with a new wiper and no charge...amazing! Since our 2015 Nissan Rouge was purchased and routinely maintained at a different dealership we were impressed that Battles Nissan would honor the parts warranty and provide this high level of service as though we were long time customers.
