The reason I gave the rating I did was because the Sales Manager I worked with was extremely friendly, helpful and worked hard to make sure that I found a car that fit my needs,taste, and budget. I was actually referred to Ryan Greenough through my mother who mentioned that he would help me find what I was looking for. I ended up getting a Kia Rio in Silver and Manual that fell within my budget. I am thankful for the experience and would recommend both this dealership and this Sales Manager to my friends. BEWARE, I've been in two different vehicles in less than 2 weeks. Yes, my credit is less than perfect, but dont let anyone drive off the lot if you arent 100% sure the financing is there, to make matters wo 2 weeks. Yes, my credit is less than perfect, but dont let anyone drive off the lot if you arent 100% sure the financing is there, to make matters worse, they knew I didnt get financed but they sold my trade in. It is not good business practice to sell the trade in before you get the other car financed. When I tried to speak with the General Sales Mgr. Glen Payne, I got NO WHERE.... when I asked him who he had found to finance me, he could not tell me, it would seem logical that if he had found financing that he would be able to recall the name of the bank or company...but he did manage to yell his dis approval of me throughout the entire dealership in front of other customers and staff stating he would not be intimidated by no one, is it inmtimidation to call out a LIAR and to ask fair and honest questions regarding the deal or the lack of financing..he then informed me that he would no longer deal with me and walked away. He left me standing in the dealership. The sales agents are no better, they actually had the nerve to come up and thank me (sarcastically)for putting thier boss in a bad mood. I now have no financed car, my trade in is gone and the general sales mgr. refuses to speak to me, does this sound like anyone you want to do business with????? I hope not!!! This dealer was the typical, pushy "circa 1978 style" car dealer. While the sales person I worked with was nice enough, it was obvious that she employed the typical "commit to buy" strategies seen by high-p dealer. While the sales person I worked with was nice enough, it was obvious that she employed the typical "commit to buy" strategies seen by high-pressure car sales people. Prices on used cars were "hidden hand" (not shown - as in "how much do you want to pay for your new Thundercougarfalconbird?" (let's hope it's more than what we want to sell it for). In addition, you probably won't escape the lot without being visited by a sales manager who wants to question how serious you actually are in looking for a vehicle. The words "not impressed" hit my mind. While I won't rule out buying a car here, I will say that I am very underwhelmed and won't go back unless they call me and give me a miracle price on a used or new Kia. More
Left a bad taste in my mouth...be observant of the signing to "test drive" that's not needed and they don't need a copy of your driver's license either!! I didn't need financing but they wanted to run my credit! Just be CAREFUL! Also they LEFT me sitting at a table while they dealt with other customers! They basically walked away from me...so I left! The quoted price was horrible and they offered me 1k less for my trade than bob king! Bob King was WONDERFUL!!! More
