On 5/8/2023 I brought my 2015 Toyota Highlander in for the 70k mile service. I was greeted nicely by at the service desk by Robby Allen. He took my Warranty & Maintenance Guide booklet and promptly began the 70k mile service. I was greeted nicely by at the service desk by Robby Allen. He took my Warranty & Maintenance Guide booklet and promptly began checking off all the items for the 70k service. I asked why was he doing that now, and he responded that often the service techs don't do that. I waited in the clean waiting area for about an hour. Mr. Allen told me my car was ready, waiting out front and to pay at the cashier, which I did. When I went to my car I checked the driver's side floor mat, it had not been properly fastened down to the floor. THIS IS THE FIRST THING ON THE LIST AND EASIEST TO CHECK. I called over Mr. Allen and showed him. He looked, and then walked away. I yelled to him that I want the Service Manager to call me. The Service Manager called me within a day or two and apologized for the mix-up and stated he reviewed a video and agreed several items on the list were not done. Over the next two weeks and me leaving several messages, the General Manager of the dealership called me and made things right. I went to this dealership for service because of their high ratings, so I was disappointed in the service my car received. More

Worst service and customer service So I brought my 2007 Tundra in to have the frame recall done. They had my truck for 4 1/2 months. They did give me a loaner, only had a truck loaner So I brought my 2007 Tundra in to have the frame recall done. They had my truck for 4 1/2 months. They did give me a loaner, only had a truck loaner for the last month, but was told I could not scratch the inside of the bed(you know, pretty much the reason most of us have trucks, to haul stuff. The replacement frame was free, HOWEVER, it was only after my truck sat somewhere for 4 months that they call me to say there were other issues with it. This included, Brake calipers were bad, the windshield was cracked, the oil had a leak and the coolant was low, my a/c wasn't cold and didn't have much air flow. When I brought my truck in 4 months earlier my brakes, and air worked fine, and my windshield was not cracked. It did have a nick in it from a stone for 10 years but not a 5=6 inch crack. This is where things went south. I told the dealer I would not pay for something that wasn't wrong with my truck before I brought it in. Then my shocks were corroded and wouldn't come off so they had to cut them, wanted me to again pay, but decided to cover them ($97 each). Finally they finished my truck. When I pulled out to leave I almost went into traffic on the highway because my brake pedal went to the floor and barely stopped me (maybe 5 mph). When I got home I called the dealer and talked to Brandon the service manager. He told me my truck had 184k miles on it, what did I expect. And that I chose not to pay them to fix things that were not bad from the start. I decided to fix the brakes myself. I replaced the front calipers and cleaned the rear. They all just needed cleaned after I already bought the new calipers. After fixing them, I drove my truck less than 50 miles, total from picking it up, when the power steering fluid started gushing out. Luckily I know my way around a vehicle and knew what was happening and was able to fill it and make it home. I contacted Toyota themselves, they told me I had to work with the dealer that they couldn't force the dealer to do anything to make it right. So I contacted the attorney for the recall case (they are working on trying to get a solution the Toyota Corp). In the meantime I call the General Manager Steve at the dealer. He was just at rude as the first. Again I was told that my truck was 12 years old and had 184k miles. The GM actually asked me how long did I think the frame was going to last. They kept saying they GAVE me a new frame. In fact I bought a frame that should have lasted many many more years when I bought the truck, the original, but because Toyota had a bad part they HAD to replace it, SETTLED IN COURT!! so they didn't GIVE me anything, except a truck that my only expectation was to get back in the same condition I gave it to them. After telling them I was going to write a bad review they decided they wanted to check into the power steering leak. Again they wanted me to pay to have them fix it, saying they didn't touch that particular piece, despite the fact there is brand new electrical tape around the sensor they said would need replaced as well. I used to brag about how great my truck was and how few issues I ever had with it, but after this experience AND according to the General Manager these vehicles apparently shouldn't last more than 180k miles or 12 years. I will never own another Toyota or have any dealings with this dealership. More

Making an appointment on the web was easy which was followed up with an email and phone call from the service manager Mr. Dennis.B. On arrival for my appointment I was greet by Mr. Dennis, he asked what service I required and showed me to the waiting room. The waiting room is very large with comfortable seating, rest rooms, coffee, television and free wi-fi service. I spent three hours waiting for me car and this was the most comfortable waiting I have experienced. Needless to say all my service was completed, Mr. Dennis explained the invoice and also took time to make a future appointment. Needless to say the price is reasonable, the service, atmosphere and attitude exceptional. I am definitely their new customer and highly recommend Battlefield Toyota to anyone who I looking for a reliable, friendly place to take their Toyota vehicles to be serviced.
