I was out the door in about an hour compared to my other experience that took me over 3 hours. Not to mention my salesman at Brown left me at the dealership halfway through. Glenn took care of all my needs and was extremely professional. Kyle in financing ensured I understood all the paperwork associated with the sale and even though I was a tough customer turning down his offers, he still wanted me to understand all the benefits of buying a Toyota. That made making a decision that much easier for me, because I had not done much research and had no idea what I wanted. Everyone in the Dealership was considerate, warm and friendly yet professional too. They even detailed my car before delivery with a full tank of gas (I do not remember the others doing that).
