I would love to say that I'm proud to own a Battlefield Toyota, but I can't. I legally cannot, because the sales department misspelled my name on the title. The availability, price, and sales experience we Toyota, but I can't. I legally cannot, because the sales department misspelled my name on the title. The availability, price, and sales experience were what we hoped for, but now after paying over $1,000 in registration, plate, and doc fees my wife and I are left trying to reregister and title a car that we should already own. We reported this problem to Battlefield, who first said that it was our fault because that's how my name was spelled on my license in the Virginia DMV database. That was clearly false, because we did not have VA licenses at the time and weren't in the DMV's system. Then we were told "we'll get back to you" only to have them never call us back. A ridiculous mistake and terrible follow-up. Go somewhere else. More

Wanted to send out a warning for anyone looking to buy a vehicle. DO NOT GO TO BATTLEFIELD TOYOTA!!!! We went on a test drive yesterday (and before anyone says it we know there are no holds at a dealership) but we then went home and discussed it overnight. I went online this morning before they opened and filled out all the paperwork through their "SmartPath" program, which states that you fill out all the info then the dealership calls and book a time for you to sign the final papers and pick up the car you just purchased. About an hour after everything was completed on my end I hear from the sales person we dealt with (who was absolutely amazing by the way) that someone was at the lot to look at that car and it was being sold out from under us because we weren't physically there. Then what is the point of the "SmartPath" program you might ask because I did. I was told it is a Toyota thing not a Battlefield thing so they basically don't honor it! Never have I ever gone through such a shady process and never will I deal with ANY Battlefield company at all ever again! Buying a car is a stressful process as is and they just made it so much worse. (I do want to again add that it is sad that the sales lady didn't get the commission from this sale from us because she was just awesome through everything yesterday and agreeing to come in today on her day off to meet us.) As a single female, purchasing a vehicle, let alone a truck, it tends to bring out the misogyny and games...not at B.T.! I could not be more happy with the way I was treated, the patience as I had to try out several trucks before deciding, and a more than fair deal on my trade ins, purchase price, and financing. Lots of helpful suggestions and guidance to match me with exactly what I was looking for in both a truck and price as well. So, if you are a single female looking for a vehicle, or anyone else for that matter, I highly recommend Battlefield! More

Phillip, Benjamin and team were very patient us, and helped explain new features and options. We did not feel pressured in any direction. They were great about keeping us (and our dog) cool on a hot August day while we sat in and test drove a few models. Pleasurable buying experience, and very happy with our new Crown, too! More

On 5/8/2023 I brought my 2015 Toyota Highlander in for the 70k mile service. I was greeted nicely by at the service desk by Robby Allen. He took my Warranty & Maintenance Guide booklet and promptly began the 70k mile service. I was greeted nicely by at the service desk by Robby Allen. He took my Warranty & Maintenance Guide booklet and promptly began checking off all the items for the 70k service. I asked why was he doing that now, and he responded that often the service techs don't do that. I waited in the clean waiting area for about an hour. Mr. Allen told me my car was ready, waiting out front and to pay at the cashier, which I did. When I went to my car I checked the driver's side floor mat, it had not been properly fastened down to the floor. THIS IS THE FIRST THING ON THE LIST AND EASIEST TO CHECK. I called over Mr. Allen and showed him. He looked, and then walked away. I yelled to him that I want the Service Manager to call me. The Service Manager called me within a day or two and apologized for the mix-up and stated he reviewed a video and agreed several items on the list were not done. Over the next two weeks and me leaving several messages, the General Manager of the dealership called me and made things right. I went to this dealership for service because of their high ratings, so I was disappointed in the service my car received. More
