My car alarm had a panic attack My car has too many alarms and 2 seemed to try to go off at the same time causing what appeared to be a computer panic attack! Sending me a loud alarm My car has too many alarms and 2 seemed to try to go off at the same time causing what appeared to be a computer panic attack! Sending me a loud alarm and telling me to get car into service. But of course like always, by the time you get your car to the dealership, there is no evidence of this gremlin alarm. I made the mistake of turning off the car. Clayton told me to be sure not to turn car off anymore when bringing it in with these strange oddities. A family member suggested that I take a picture of the message and the dash with it’s alarms and emojis, that way I have proof and the dealer has something to go on. What a great idea! Clayton went over the car very well and drove it and made sure there were no more gremlins for this time. He always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers leave happy or at least with some sense of peace about their car. More

The guys @ BattleField Ford in Culpeper have done a great job keeping my vehicle in great shape. I have put an extra 97,000(197,000) miles on it and it still rides like the first day I drove it off the lot in 2011. I took it for the State Vehicle Inspection and the Oil and Filter change along w/the tire rotation. More

The employees treat you well, know your name, and make you part of their family.... so the hour drive is nothing for me... as I know that my experience will be professional, welcoming, and completed in a timely manner while I wait.. I recommend all of my friends to drive to Battlefield Ford for a vehicle. When I finally make the decision to purchase a new Ford ( I still own my 2006 Ford F250 Van) I did the local visits... King George and Fredericksburg and then I told my brother to drive me to Battlefield Ford as I had talked to Joshua and Cody on the phone and they both took the time to listen and to invite me to come out and see them...
