Greatest Service Battlefield Ford Culpeper Service Department is hands down the best I have ever dealt with. This includes dealings with Ted Britt, Sheehy and Cowles. Battlefield Ford Culpeper Service Department is hands down the best I have ever dealt with. This includes dealings with Ted Britt, Sheehy and Cowles. I have been a Ford owner for since 2007 and currently own three Fords. The service team at Battlefield Culpeper is very courteous and does not pressure service decisions. Flexible and Fast Battlefield Ford did it again! Once again they exceeded my expectations even when I showed up the wrong day for my appointment. When I showed up at t Battlefield Ford did it again! When I showed up at the dealership two days early for the appointment by mistake, they took me in anyway to compete my air bag recall. Very good experience Purchased a pre owned F350 from Battlefield Ford in Culpeper but it needed a couple things fixed. The whole team from Sales to Finance to Service was Purchased a pre owned F350 from Battlefield Ford in Culpeper but it needed a couple things fixed.
