Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation this morning service tech handed me the keys so the vehicle was ready I get in the vehicle. The glove box is removed and laying on the passenger side floor, cabin air filter, panel on the passenger seat, cabin air filter on the dashboard when I address it to the service manager he got aggressive and disrespectful. I asked to speak to the owner, and I was told he was not available. This is the second time within a year there has been a major issue with a maintenance problem not being corrected by the service technicians at this facility. I spent 30 years in maintenance and it doesn’t take a genius to figure out. There’s a problem in the service department in this facility and there’s definitely a problem with the service manager. If you’re smart, you will take your vehicles elsewhere. More
21 August I was having a problem with my car stalling out. As an out of towner, I thought it best to find a Chevy dealer. Battlefield was the nearest. I was pleasantly greeted by Ashleigh (service advisor). Because I didn't have an appt, Ashleigh explained that it might be a quite a few hours before a tech would be available to diagnose the problem but she would do what she could to get me on my way. Less than 2 hours later the problem was found and an adjustment was made. Over 300 miles later and my car is running perfect. My wife and I were very appreciative of the effort she made to get our car serviced. Ashleigh is a credit to the the dealership AND the service dept. More
