I was in the process of a used car purchase and had secured my own financing. I offered to put money to reserve and they stated they don't do down-payment reservations. Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation this morning service tech handed me the keys so the vehicle was ready I get in the vehicle. I asked to speak to the owner, and I was told he was not available. This is the second time within a year there has been a major issue with a maintenance problem not being corrected by the service technicians at this facility. I spent 30 years in maintenance and it doesn’t take a genius to figure out. There’s a problem in the service department in this facility and there’s definitely a problem with the service manager. If you’re smart, you will take your vehicles elsewhere. More
