We have spent 5 thousand dollars in repairs since then and just had to spend 9 thousand for an engine last week. Buick stated that it was poorly maintained prior to our purchasing the vehicle. It started off being towed within days of our purchase and ended up back at battaglia where they "repaired" the vehicle. This car has been a nightmare like you would not believe, because having just had an engine put into it it has to return to buick for a starter and to have the 2nd catalytic converter replaced for another 1260 dollars. We had the other replaced as a a part of my 1st mentioned 5 grand in repairs.SO in summary we spent 16 thousand dollars on a vehicle there that we saw on the internet and another 15060 dollars for a car with a blue book value of 11 grand. We are trapped in this nightmare of a vehicle and i wish we never saw this car or ever heard of battaglia. More

We wer After driving by Battaglia numerous times over the years, we finally decided to stop in after the clean lot and nice cars caught our attention. We were in the market for a clean car for our son within our budget. We were pleasantly greeted by Joe despite it being close to closing time. He gave us his utmost attention and answered all questions we had. We never felt rushed or pressured. We found a nice 2008 Jeep Compass which Joe happily was willing to negotiate and discuss. We felt totally comfortable and bought the car and said we would return the next day. The next morning Danielle cheerily greeted me as I walked in the door. She was very personable and professional. She made the closing a pleasant experience. They made sure the car was prepped and even included a three month warranty! Joe arrived and closed the deal with a smile and a firm handshake once again reassuring me that if there were any issues to immediately let them know. Ive purchased dozens of cars over the years and this experience was at the top of the list. I have never met Joe or Danielle but when I left I felt as if I knew them for years. I will definitely be returning to purchase my used cars in the past. More

This was her first car she bought herself and these guys couldn't be nicer. We got a great deal and this is where it's gets better. Two days after we took the car home and noticed the temp gauge moving into the red and the engine surged in park. We took the back to the dealer and to their credit, they checked it out twice and couldn't find the issue. A second set of eyes at a local auto repair shop did the trick. They found out the radiator was clogged and the O2 sensor was bad. And get this, Battaglia paid for all the repairs and diagnosis time. Two great businesses in Norristown! More
I needed a reliable but inexpensive car. I'm not typically a used car lot person, but I liked this dealer's inventory and went in to test drive a car I'd seen online. Service was attentive and easy- typically a used car lot person, but I liked this dealer's inventory and went in to test drive a car I'd seen online. Service was attentive and easy--no high pressure here. There were other things I liked: the carfax was clearly available, so you could at least have an idea of the car you were considering; the vehicles seemed really clean. I'd gone to another dealer that didn't even seem to vacuum their used vehicles before putting them on the lot. Plus, this dealer offered a 3 month powertrain warranty. I dealt with the owner, Ron. The deal went smoothly, was handled professionally, and they've subsequently been prompt in answering questions or handling a few minor things I had. If you're looking for an economy priced used car and prepared to do your homework, I'd definitely recommend this dealer to anyone. Update: It's now been several weeks since I got my car, and I am loving it! More
The General Manager Terry is the most unprofessional person you will ever run into. He will look you in the eye and say "I have been here 6 years trust me" then when you go back for service after the person you will ever run into. He will look you in the eye and say "I have been here 6 years trust me" then when you go back for service after the sale, they tell you "your vehicle was sold as is". The owner Ron is totally hands off and Joe the salesman has a bad attitude. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these frauds. I am sorry I ever met them More

The F150 was just as advertised and the price was in the ballpark of NADA and Kelly Blue Book. I am happy with the vehicle and would recommend going to Battaglia's for your next car. More
