I took my 2019 Nissan Rogue in on Thursday, needed a fuel pump, did not have one in stock, brought it back on Monday. He didn’t tell him how long it would take, took approximately 4 hours, had I known that I would have asked for a loaner vehicle. Also I would think a fuel pump wouldn’t go out after 18,000 miles. I took my vehicle in early part of Aug because my clock was resetting and odometer was also and my horn was not blowing and my airbag light was on. I paid $850 because they said it was a clock spring and it would fix all those issues. I didnt my vehicle back until 2 days later and I had to call to see if it was ready. Ok fine at least it's fixed, so I thought. When I picked it up I noticed the steering wheel part where u blow the horn was not flush with rest like it was before. Ok didnt think anything of it. About 3-4 weeks later I'm driving from Belton and I blow my horn ( I hadnt blew it since getting it serviced) and I can literally feel the springs popping up after I blew it. The next day I call and tell them about the issue and make an appt. I dropped it off Thursday morning and wait for an update. Around 2 pm not update but Tyler said he was about to get me an estimate so I wait. By 430 still no call so I just go to Bates and tell him I was expecting a call back but never received one so I was here to see what the estimate was. I was told it would be another $525 to replace the steering wheel. I told him I would not be doing that and I would like my keys. I felt they didnt put it back on right in the first place so no I was not going to give them more money. Both times I had a bad experience with them communicating with me about my vehicle and I just did not like it. I know they do get very busy even if you have an appt but I was dissatisfied with the service. Tyler did waive the diagnostic fee($130). More
